  • Venue & Accessibility: We’ve selected a space that is modern, collaborative, and designed for high-impact learning at Thrive Workplace, which is fully wheelchair accessible. Located 30 minutes from DIA, our venue combines the historic charm of Olde Town Arvada with a stunning Rocky Mountain backdrop. 
  • Meals: We provide all in-person attendees with breakfast and lunch on both days, featuring a variety of options to accommodate different dietary preferences. 
  • Lodging: Attendees are responsible for their own lodging. While we secure a limited-time room block at a preferred rate whenever possible, these rooms are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We are currently finalizing preferred rates for our 2027 attendees—stay tuned for room block availability in the coming days!

Who is the virtual ticket ideal for?

The virtual ticket is primarily for employees of attractions who cannot travel or for whom travel expenses are not covered by their organization. It allows businesses to invest in their staff’s training and expertise without the cost of business travel.

What is the policy for cancellations or ticket transfers?

We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds for registration or ticket purchases, our tickets are 100% transferable. If you are unable to join us, you are welcome to gift or reassign your seat. Simply share your registration confirmation or virtual join link with a colleague or friend, and they can attend in your place. This ensures your investment in professional growth stays within your team even if your schedule shifts.
