Does Gatemaster offer options for purchasing season passes?
Yes! Gatemaster makes it easy for your guest to purchase a season pass online. With Gatemaster’s e-commerce platform, buying a season pass is quick and hassle free. Guests simply add a season pass to their cart, then proceed to checkout.
At this stage, they’ll be prompted to sign in with an existing account or create a new one if there a first-time visitor. Returning guests can login using one of three convenient methods (email and password, membership card and zip code, or zip code, birthday and last name). New guests just simply hit create new account and enter in their pass information. Uploading a pass photo is simple. Just click on the add image button, under the email address, or continue to the next steps and upload a pass photo now or later. After entering pass details, guess will be taken to the billing page to fill out payment information and agree to any facility terms. Finally, guests enter their credit card details, click pay now, and the transaction is complete.
No waiting in line, no paperwork and your guests can even upload their photos from home for a seamless experience. You can see when your order is processed. Does Gatemaster offer text to pay?
Yes! You can send a payment link over text to capture remote payments. No need to share sensitive payment details or risk your business the financial loss of pre-selling something with no payment collected up front!
When you go to pay in the POS, you’ll see the text to pay payment option. Just enter a phone number. Or, if you assign a guest account, when you go to pay, this information will be auto-filled.
If you’re interested in sending an email, it can be entered in the “Send Email” text box. Hitting the send button will deliver the payment links. Payment link will come from [email protected] and look something like http://storebeta.
Does Gatemaster offer Intercard features?
Yes, in Gatemaster mobile, we offer integration with Intercard, one of the world’s leaders in cashless card systems! With Intercard items on Gatemaster mobile, you can load cards with cash, points, tokens, time play, Intercard packages, or any combination of those. Watch the video to see an example of a potential setup where if you sold this item to an Intercard account, it would be loaded with $10 cash, 50 tokens, and 1 hour of time play.
On the POS, if a customer wanted to check their card, you’d be able to scan the Intercard ID into the POS and inspect the details of the Intercard account. In the example mentioned in the video, you can see an account has 10 tokens. Additionally, you’d be able to pause any time play that’s ongoing, as well as compensate the customer if there were any necessary reason for their friend, family, or maybe they just had a bad experience. Does Gatemaster offer a cash discount program?
Yes! Through our partner Paystri, Gatemaster offers a cash discount program that reduces your credit card processing fees by passing them to the card holder. If you’re interested in the cash discount program, talk to a Gatemaster support agent today!
Does Gatemaster offer mini golf score cards?
Yes! Gatemaster offers mini golf score cards for 18 holes. They’re designed for use with two- and 4-inch Boca printers. They’re an excellent tool for improving your loss prevention as they print on demand, that means these tickets are only printed after purchase for the specified number of players.
Does Gatemaster support Microsoft Power BI?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, we support an integration with Microsoft power BI, which is a business intelligence platform that allows users to connect a direct data string from their gatemaster mobile system to transform and analyze the data available and visualize it in ways never thought possible, through interactive reports and dashboards. This way, you can understand key performance indicators, as well as other park behaviors like never before.
Does Gatemaster offer gift card functionality?
Yes! Gatemaster supports both physical and digital gift cards, which can be used seamlessly online and on site with a secure pin.
Does Gatemaster offer coupon codes?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, you can create coupon codes for guests to use online. These coupon codes are fully customizable. Aside from the code name itself, these codes can be set up to give either a certain dollar amount or percentage value off. They can also be validated for only certain ticketed events or merchandise items you have listed online.
Does Gatemaster offer access control?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, you can validate tickets using access control nodes. Access control nodes are a type of register within Gatemaster mobile. Alongside access control nodes, ticketed items can be set up for just one or multiple scans, depending on your needs. A successful scan will appear so (as shown in the video). Once scanned, it will list the exact ticket type that was scanned. In other situations, if a guest account is associated with the ticket, that will also be listed alongside the ticket type. Once all scans have been exhausted from a ticket, the access control node will let you know. An unsuccessful scan will list the last date and time the ticket was used.
Does Gatemaster offer group permissions?
Yes! Gatemaster mobile administrative users can define group permissions for staff users. Group permissions allow certain features to be restricted or expanded as needed. You begin by defining a group name and role. By default, there will be options for cashier, manager and administrator permissions. For more nuanced cases, the permissions tab allows us to enable and disable specific features and functions for staff that belong to the group, such as opening and closing a float, or completing a cashless balance transaction.
Does Gatemaster offer kitchen screens?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, you can define certain registers as kitchen screens. A kitchen screen allows your kitchen staff to stay up to date with the latest orders from the guest. A kitchen screen will display orders in the order they arrive. A summary of all items across all orders is also provided. Once an order is completed, you can simply click or tap the order to remove it from the screen. The summary values will also update automatically once orders are removed. If an order was removed by mistake, you can simply re-enter the order number from the receipt and have the order reappear on the screen.
Does Gatemaster give gift certificates for season passes or other goods?
Yes! We can offer a web voucher that can be printed and given away as a gift and it can be redeemed for a season pass or other good.
Can Gatemaster print ID cards (membership, season pass)?
Yes! Gatemaster supports various media, including printed plastic cards, digital passes, and RFID bands.
Does Gatemaster do special events?
Yes! You can reserve tickets for your special event nights with capacity, so you don’t overbook.
Does Gatemaster offer digital passes?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, you can set up your season passes and other entitlement benefits with the digital passes. These digital passes can be fixed with a custom logo, the guest’s name, the entitlement benefit name, as well as the guest account, to begin redeeming benefits.
Can Gatemaster support cashless transactions?
Yes! Gatemaster offers gift cards, RFID wristbands, stored credit cards, guest account balances, and preloaded bands/cards for a seamless cashless experience.
Does Gatemaster offer waiver functionality?

Does Gatemaster map seating availability?
Yes! In Gatemaster mobile, we can map seating availability to an image of your attraction. After sharing the necessary images with our managed service team, you can set up an image map as shown in the video. The available seats are marked with a green check and the already unavailable seats are marked with the red symbol, as shown in the video. Does Gatemaster offer digital waivers?
Yes! You can create waivers in Gatemaster. This feature isn’t just about collecting signatures, it’s about solving real challenges for your business, staff and guests. Paper waivers cause delays, long lines, and lost documents.
Gatemaster’s digital waiver system simplifies the entire process. Click on the e-commerce tab, then click waivers to create digital waivers that guests can sign online or at a kiosk.
Standard mode let’s guest sign waivers directly on your e-commerce site, perfect for reducing wait times! Kiosk mode is great for in-person signing with features like auto logout for secure self service use. You can customize each waiver with a title, an expiration period, toggle between active and inactive waivers, and of course, the waiver text.
With digital waivers, gests enjoy faster, smoother check-ins. Does Gatemaster offer Digital Passes on Google & Apple Wallet?
Yes! On Gatemaster mobile, guests can come with their digital vouchers and digital passes into their Google wallet or Apple passport.
Upon completing an e-commerce transaction, along with the standard view and print buttons for the passes and vouchers, there is now an option to use this new feature. The system automatically detects what kind of pass it can generate and give you the option on your receipt. This receipt is also emailed to guests. On the pass, the logo and the site title are pulled from the system settings. For digital passes on Google, you can expect the pass name, guest name as well as the valid dates for the pass. For tickets, the title of the event or the admission item will be present, as well as the day of the purchase ticket and the guest name and photo.
On an Apple device, the process is identical. You have the option to generate the digital pass or the digital voucher from the receipt, and while many of the details are present, the appearance of the Apple Pass is a little different.
