Attraction Solutions Sales Manager

The Attraction Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by closing deals with new clients. This role will involve managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with the support of a sales development team.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are qualified, nurtured, and moved through the sales process efficiently.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to measure success.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Qualify leads and build relationships with potential clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Gatemaster’s value proposition.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales development representatives to identify and prioritize leads.
    • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
    • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Industry Engagement:
    • Represent Gatemaster at industry trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the enterprise sales and the attractions or ticketing industries.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).

Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a crucial first point of contact for potential Gatemaster Technology clients. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives, contributing directly to our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
    • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within the attractions industry and related sectors.
    • Utilize various prospecting tools and techniques to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
    • Effectively communicate Gatemaster Technology’s value proposition and solutions.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their fit for our offerings.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives.
    • Ensure all necessary information is gathered and communicated to the Sales team prior to the meeting.
  • CRM Management:
    • Accurately and diligently update and maintain all prospect interactions and lead information within HubSpot.
    • Track and manage your daily and weekly activity metrics within the CRM.
    • Ensure data integrity and provide insightful reporting on lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Marketing to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
    • Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market insights.
    • Stay up-to-date on Gatemaster Technology’s products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or call center sales environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting appointments.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection.

Front End Developer

The Front-End Developer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Gatemaster’s clients and their end users. This role requires a strong understanding of web development technologies and a keen eye for design.

 

Responsibilities

  • As a UI/UX expert advise and recommend the best UI/UX patterns for application UI development (existing and new).
  • Design and develop innovative and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Develop responsive code that is optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern client-side technologies.
  • Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and best practices.
  • Assist with customer issues including debugging legacy application code.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years architecting and coding UI/UX enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Expert level knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies including .NET, C#, Azure-based services, SQL Server, and GIS is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely and as part of a team.
  • Easy going personality, willingness to make mistakes and try new idea.
