Software Support and Quality Assurance Technician
POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Software Support and Quality Assurance Technician who can build upon this good reputation with an unwavering commitment to meticulous production. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in accuracy and functionality. The specialist will be charged with developing a complete QA program that safeguards product quality and fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged in helping our customers.

OBJECTIVES
● Interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards
● Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
● Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
● Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols
● Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance.
● Complete duties independently and prioritize their workload in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals
● Train and oversee all additional team members as they arise
● Follow applicable processes and procedures, as well as write and maintain processes for your responsibilities
● Exhibit a “can-do,” positive attitude at all times Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and oversee product and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
● Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting KPIs
● Monitor and maintain the Dev schedule
● Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution following company guidelines and requirements ● Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints, feature requests, and enhancements
● Maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
● Troubleshooting with clients via phone calls and responding to trouble tickets promptly.
● Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with support calls
● Performs additional ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned
COMPETENCIES
● Demonstrates superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Include the ability to draft responses on behalf of the executives with all attempts made to retain the executive’s voice and tone
● Ability to collaborate with other team members while working under pressure and while considering the perspectives of multiple personalities
● Ability to resolve any issues or problems presented by clients or staff, including addressing complaints and designing solutions with the utmost professionalism and a desire for win-win outcomes
● Demonstrates excellence in organization, planning, problem-solving, and effective management of resources
● Ability to look at things from different angles and ask questions to seek a better understanding
● Possess an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization and with clients
● Demonstrates a desire for continuous improvement and eagerness to learn new skills (often self-taught)
● Possesses swift adaptability to changes in process and priorities
● Demonstrates experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree (or pursuit) in a relevant field
● Developing technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems
● Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (customers, sales, engineering, marketing, competitor, and management)
● Ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
● Using software applications, design tools, and languages.
● Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
● Software applications testing methodology, including the execution of test plans, debugging and testing scripts and tools.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other remote team messaging apps preferred
● Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Sales Development Representative
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will be able to find qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
